is the owner of Everest Exploration Company, LLC. Mr. Lotito completed
a Bachelors of Science in both Geology and Geography from Clarion
University of Pennsylvania in 1991. After gaining valuable experience
as a geologist in the Environmental Sciences field, Mr. Lotito began
work as a geologic consultant in 1995 to various independent natural
gas producers located in southwestern Pennsylvania. Working through
several companies in various capacities - geology, land acquisition,
engineering - Mr. Lotito gained valuable experience in all aspects
concerning the development and drilling of natural gas wells. From
1995 to 2007, Mr. Lotito has been involved in the drilling of countless
natural gas wells in southwestern Pennsylvania.
